Original Brazilian Keratin Treatment:

This treatment gets rid of any frizz, unruly curls and re-conditions dry hair. Perfect for all types of hair incuding thicker hair, afro, highlighted, bleached or damaged hair. Process: Hair is thoroughly washed and then solution applied. The process if finished with a blow-dry and irons. Clients must not wash their hair for three days to ensure solution is absorbed properly.

• Length of treatment: 3 months plus

Active Treatment:

This (brand new) treatment also de-frizzes and conditions hair . It leaves your hair feeling incredibly soft, silky and healthy. Its main advantage is that the client can wash hair immediately after treatment has been applied with no more 3 days of waiting to wash your hair. You can see the results straight away in the salon. We are the only salon in UK offering this revelutionary treatment.

CH3 Treatment

(NEW) This has all the benefits of the previous two treatments but includes extra natural ingredients that penetrate into the hair improving the hair quality. It completely reconstructs dry or damaged hair from bleaching or over processing leaving it feeling soft, silky and frizz free. It contains natural acids from Brazilian rain forest plants, seeds and nuts. Distinct straightening properties for those with pronounced waves or curls.

Our product and application is unlike any other chemical relaxer or straightener currently on the market, It simply does not damage your hair.. It does the complete opposite! The product is a mild chemical solution enriched with keratin. Once applied the chemical sits on the cuticle, not penetrating into the cortex which allows the keratin to work at it's best and condition, moisturise and reconstruct your hair, leaving it looking shiny, soft and more manageable. The application takes one to two hours and will last up to three months. Each time you have the treatment it will last longer, also there is no re-growth to deal with as it gently washes out over time.

It will eliminate any frizz, unruly curls and waves without making it too flat like the Japanese YUKO System. The technique of the application is similar to the YUKO System in a way that the straightening irons are used to close the product into the hair cuticle, but it's not as strong. Questions and Answers

Q: Should I colour or cut my hair before or after the treatment?
A: You must colour your hair before the treatment (the same day is perfectly fine aswell) otherwise you will have to wait 7 – 10 days before colouring it. Your hair can be cut before the treatment or afterwoods. Sometimes its best to cut the ends straight after the treatment as you can see all the split ends much better. You can go through haircut and trim off any uneven ends if needed.

Q: Can I wash my hair after the treatment, and when?
A: It depends which treatment you have. We have a choice of 3. With The original one you have to wait 3 days after the treatment before washing. The active one we wash you hair straight away at the salon. Our CH3 treatment demands a 3 day wait aswell.

Q: What kind of shampoo or conditioner should I use?
A: We recommend Philip Kingsley shampoo because it does not contain Sodium Chloride, or Sulfates it also has Keratin and UV protection. All shampoo and conditioner should not contain Sodium Chloride.

 Q: What should I do if my hair gets wet during the first 1- 2 days?
A: Blow dry the hair as quickly as possible or go over it with the irons.

Q: Can I go into a pool or the ocean after the treatment?
A: You can go after 3 days. Always wet hair and apply conditioner before swimming, and rinse well afterward.

Q: Can I wear my hair in a pony tail or wear a tie in my hair?
A: Not anything tight or restricting. Loose scarf or silk headbands are ok.

Q: Can I use hair spray, gel, mousse, or any other products on my hair during the 1- 2 day period?
A: Argan Oil or Moroccan Oil may be lightly used if needed. After you shampoo you can use styling products.

 Q: Can you do the treatment on top of relaxed hair?
A: Yes. You can do the treatment over any previously relaxed hair.

Q: Can you do the treatment over previously chemically treated hair?
A: Yes. You can do the treatment over any chemically treated hair.

 Q: Can you do the treatment over Japanese or Thermal straightening?
A: Yes. You can do the treatment over any kind of straightening.

Q: Is this treatment a relaxer?
A: No. It is a reconditioning treatment made of keratin, plant extracts and collagen that are sealed in to and on to the hair.

Q: Can you do the treatment on children? If yes, what ages?
A: Yes. We recommend it for children age 12 and older.

Q: How long will the treatment stay in my hair?
A: Depending on curl type and strength of treatment. Curl or wave starts to come back sooner on virgin hair, and gradually all other processed hair. Our Treatments will condition, eliminate any frizz and soften unruly hair. Also hair will smooth out quickly when flat ironed or blown dryed , even after curl or wave has come back.

Q: Do I have to do touch-ups on the next visit, or re-do the whole head?
A: The whole head.

DO'S AND DON'TS AFTER TREATMENT

Do's during the first 2 days after treatment:

• Wear your hair down all the time.
• Use a blow dryer or flat iron if needed. For example, if the hair gets wet or if a piece is not straight after sleeping all night.
• Use a shampoo without sodium chloride (use always after BKT)

Do not do during the first 2 days after treatment.

• Don't wash the hair for 2 days.
• Don't tie the hair up in a pony tail.
• Don't use hair clips.
• Don't use bobby pins.
• Don't use hair bands.
• Don't engage in any activity that causes sweating such as exercise etc.
• Don't place the hair behind your ears.
• Don't use glasses to hold your hair back.
